Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be processed.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT are processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: £2,99

  • Free shipping on orders over £25

All prices include VAT where applicable.


5. Couriers

Orders are delivered using reputable UK carriers such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • DPD

Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.


6. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.
Tracking updates are managed directly by the courier.


7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes)


8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
